M10 Lviv Industrial Park is a project actively developed by Dragon Capital in the Ryasne-2 industrial area of Lviv, near the M10 international highway, just 60 km from the border with Poland. It provides an effective platform for the development of local and international businesses in Ukraine, including manufacturing, industrial, innovation and technology companies, logistics, and any businesses requiring professional industrial facilities to support their operations.
The territory of M10 Lviv Industrial Park covers 23.5 hectares. The land is privately owned and comprises 6 plots, which will be developed in stages in accordance with the approved master plan and concept of the park, as well as the individual requirements of future tenants.
Stage I, an industrial facility totaling 14,400 sqm, was commissioned in February 2024 and is currently fully leased. In 2025, the building received the international EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification, confirming its compliance with high standards of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Stage II construction is underway: a 22,000 sqm Class A facility on a 3.63-hectare plot, with construction commenced in March 2026. Currently, it offers premises ranging from 1,100 sqm for lease.

Norway’s Ukraine Investment Fund, a newly established fund managed by Norfund, has announced its first investment initiative, aimed at supporting the expansion of M10 Lviv Industrial Park. Norfund stated its intention to allocate approximately NOK 100 million (around €8.5 million) toward the expansion of M10.
