M10 Lviv Industrial Park is the project actively developed by Dragon Capital in the industrial area of Lviv Ryasne-2 close by M10 international highway, just 60 km from the border with Poland.
M10 Industrial Park is an effective platform for local and international businesses development in Ukraine: manufacturing, industrial, innovations and technologies, logistics and all those companies that need professional warehouses to ensure operational activities. The territory of M10 Lviv Industrial Park covers 23.5 hectares. The land plot is privately owned and consists of 6 sites, that will be developed by stages in accordance with the approved plan and concept of the park and individual needs of its future residents. These sites are provided with all the utilities and vehicle access. The own service company will ensure security and proper functioning of the park’s common area and infrastructure.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is making an equity investment of up to 35 per cent of M10 Industrial Park. The EBRD will invest a total of up to US$ 24.5 million equity in the US$ 70 million development. Of this, up to US$ 5.5 will be invested in completing first stage of the project. In September 2023, the The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) provided to M10 Lviv Industrial Park a guarantee for 10 years. The guarantee for investments in the amount of $9.2 million covers the risks of physical destruction of the industrial park as a result of missile attack and/or loss of control over the facility.
The first stage, a dry warehouse facility with an area of 14,400 sqm, is built and commissioned in February 2024 (Certificate № ЛВ122240209566 20.02.2024).
