M10 Lviv Industrial Park is a project actively developed by Dragon Capital in the Ryasne-2 industrial area of Lviv, near the M10 international highway, just 60 km from the border with Poland. Stage II construction is underway: a 22,000 sqm Class A facility on a 3.63-hectare plot, with construction commenced in March 2026. Currently, it offers premises ranging from 1,100 sqm for lease.

Norway’s Ukraine Investment Fund, a newly established fund managed by Norfund, has announced its first investment initiative, aimed at supporting the expansion of M10 Lviv Industrial Park. Norfund stated its intention to allocate approximately NOK 100 million (around €8.5 million) toward the expansion of M10.
